What to include
Please include only the information needed to understand the problem:
- The exact error code, if one appeared
- What you were doing when the problem occurred
- Whether you use an iPhone, iPad, or Mac
- Your operating-system version
- Whether the project uses local or iCloud storage
- Whether Retry Save or another recovery action worked
Protect your project data
Your PackMap projects may contain private business and contact information.
Please do not send a .packmap project unless we
explain why it is needed, provide an appropriate transfer method,
and you explicitly agree to send it.
If you include a screenshot, hide any private project, customer, company, or contact information that is not needed to understand the problem.
Information you voluntarily send will be used only to respond to your request and investigate the problem you reported.
Privacy questions and deletion requests
You can use the same email address to:
- Ask a privacy question
- Withdraw consent
- Request deletion of support information you previously sent
